Bootup Labs I (VCC) Inc and Bootup Labs II (VCC) Inc are seed investment funds. Investors are primarily angel investors. These funds are structured as a BC Venture Capital Corporation, which means 30% of any investment by accredited BC investors is refunded by the provincial government.
Management Company
Bootup Labs, Inc. is the management company that manages the funds, runs the day to day operations, employs the staff, and pays the rent.
